The path starts from Pergine Valsugana (and in the future from Trento) and continues until Bassano del Grappa (and later to Venice): a real pearl for fans of the two wheeled world. From the train station of Pergine until Bassano del Grappa are exactly 85 km, that you can cover in about 5 hours, or something more if the ride is very slow and quiet. The route is very picturesque, leading the tourist through various landscapes such as the lakes of Caldonazzo and of Levico, the River Brenta, the green meadows or cultivated fields, the steep slopes of the mountains.
Large areas of pure and exuberant nature alternates with areas in which the work of mankind is strong and glaring.

Seen from the bike path, the Valsugana appears beautiful and pleasant, and the canyon of the Brenta river is really impressive.

Cities and towns full of history, which reveal themselves for the way they are: the elegant Borgo Valsugana, the romantic Bassano del Grappa, the grim Citadella, then the beautiful and unique Padua and Venice. Moreover, don’t forget to mention the infinite sequence of small villages and country towns.

The bike path is also full of fascinating landscapes, such as the fields of apple trees between Caldonazzo and Levico, the church of San Silvestro, the village of Olle with the spectacular view of the castle of Borgo, Castel Ivano, the Bigonda cave, the Oliero’s caves, Saint Eusebius, and Ca’Michiel in Bassano, the bed of the Brenta river between Bassano and Carmarthen, the countryside of Lobia di San Giorgio in Bosco and Piazzola sul Brenta.

The route is very complex, with possible variations, even with a choice of some sections of dirt road, for the most adventurous ones.
